As a true Kingscliff local with over 35 years in real estate, Paul knows every stretch of beach, every block of land, and the stories behind them. After building a thriving local agency from the ground up, he has stepped back from the day-to-day, entrusting the business to a capable team while remaining a proud and supportive owner. His focus has shifted to mentoring and championing the people who now carry the vision forward.
Deeply connected to the community through long-time involvement in the Kingscliff Chamber of Commerce and local sponsorships, Paul continues to champion the town he believes is the best place in the world to live.

Rhiannon Bald is the owner of LJ Hooker Kingscliff, having proudly purchased the business from long-standing Principal Paul McMahon (Coastline Holiday Group Principal). As part of this transition, Rhiannon continues to lead the Holiday Department which now operates as a dedicated and independent Holiday Agency under her management.
Rhiannon began her career with Coastline Holiday Group (formerly LJ Hooker Kingscliff) in 2015 as a receptionist and has since built a wealth of experience across the business. She has held key roles including Sales Team Member, Business Development Manager, and Office Manager before returning to her passion – holiday management.
With her broad industry knowledge and hands-on experience, Rhiannon manages a diverse range of holiday properties from Kingscliff to Pottsville alongside the team. Her approachable nature and outstanding communication skills allow her to build lasting relationships with both long-standing and new property owners.
A fully licensed real estate agent, Rhiannon is deeply committed to helping holiday homes achieve their full potential. She is passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences and providing exceptional service to owners. Her proactive, detail-driven approach ensures every aspect of the holiday rental journey is seamless and rewarding for both owner clients and guests.

Katie Love is a dedicated Holiday Specialist at Coastline Holiday Group, bringing her expertise to the team since 2013. Now a Licensed Real Estate Agent, she began her career in reception and property management, and has since honed her skills in optimising back-end operations to enhance property visibility and maximise owner returns. Katie plays a key role in the onboarding process, regularly conducting initial meetings with new business clients and taking pride in establishing strong foundations from the outset.
Collaborating closely with the team, Katie excels in crafting innovative marketing strategies that elevate our clients’ properties both online and offline. Her proactive approach ensures seamless handling of owner inquiries and supports guest interactions behind the scenes.

Beginning her real estate career in 2023, Sarah quickly progressed from front office operations into the holiday division, where she now plays an integral role in the daily operations of our holiday department whilst managing guest experiences and supporting property owners across the Tweed Coast.
Known for her warm nature, attention to detail and proactive approach, Sarah is committed to ensuring every stay is seamless from arrival to departure. She takes pride in building strong relationships with owners and guests alike, ensuring owners feel confident their investment is in safe hands. Djamila Hillgrove is a licensed real estate professional who began her career in 2023, bringing with her a strong background in administration, marketing and client support. Starting in a sales administration role, Djamila quickly became a valued member of the team through her creativity, organisation and proactive approach. She now works in holiday property management, supporting guest experiences and assisting property owners with their financial and operational needs throughout their investment journey.
Alongside her role within the holiday team, Djamila has become the driving force behind Coastline Holiday Group’s social media and digital marketing presence. From managing social platforms to creating engaging video content and showcasing properties online, her modern and creative approach helps bring the brand to life. With her attention to detail, positive attitude and passion for the local market, Djamila continues to play a key role in ensuring every property is presented at its absolute best while delivering exceptional service to both owners and guests alike.

Originally from Canada, Savannah spent years working in the snow and hospitality industry, where she developed a natural ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients from all over the world. Since making the move to the Tweed Coast, she has seamlessly transitioned into holiday property management and quickly become a valued part of the team.
Savannah works closely with property owners to ensure every home is exceptionally cared for behind the scenes, with a strong focus on maintenance coordination, presentation and the day-to-day details that make all the difference in protecting an investment property. Known as the go-to person for getting things done, Savannah is proactive, approachable and always willing to go above and beyond to assist both owners and guests. As the welcoming face at front reception and often the first point of contact for guests, Elijah is known for his approachable nature and desire to create a positive and genuine experience for everyone who walks through the door. Excited for the future, he is eager to continue learning, growing, and being a valuable member of the Coastline Holiday Group team.
