Rhiannon Bald is the Co-Owner of LJ Hooker Kingscliff, having proudly purchased the business from long-standing Principal Paul McMahon (Coastline Holiday Group Principal). As part of this transition, Rhiannon continues to lead the Holiday Department which now operates as a dedicated and independent Holiday Agency under her management.

Rhiannon began her career with Coastline Holiday Group (formerly LJ Hooker Kingscliff) in 2015 as a receptionist and has since built a wealth of experience across the business. She has held key roles including Sales Team Member, Business Development Manager, and Office Manager before returning to her passion – holiday management.

With her broad industry knowledge and hands-on experience, Rhiannon manages a diverse range of holiday properties from Kingscliff to Pottsville alongside the team. Her approachable nature and outstanding communication skills allow her to build lasting relationships with both long-standing and new property owners.

A fully licensed real estate agent, Rhiannon is deeply committed to helping holiday homes achieve their full potential. She is passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences and providing exceptional service to owners. Katie plays a key role in the onboarding process, regularly conducting initial meetings with new business clients and taking pride in establishing strong foundations from the outset.
