LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN
The main living room features a wall of louvre windows to let in ocean breezes. Unwind on the large leather lounge in front of the Smart TV or listening to music through the included soundbar, under the ceiling fan and air-conditioning. Enjoy cosy nights in next to the gorgeous gas fireplace. Next to the kitchen is another thoughtfully designed living space, featuring a large lounge, Smart TV, ceiling fan and air-conditioning, plus a daybed and bookshelf for lazy afternoons.
The galley kitchen connects the 6-seater dining table to the 2nd living space, and features all of your essentials needed for meals on holiday. The kitchen includes a compact oven, airfryer, coffee pod machine, stove, fridge, dishwasher kettle, toaster and microwave.
The kitchen windows open out to the balcony table, with 2 bar stools and a gas BBQ.
A powder room is located upstairs for your convenience.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The main balcony is designed for listing to the roaring surf with your family and friends, and watching the sunrise colours ascending over the native scrub. Trail up the spiral staircase to the third level which opens to a compact, private deck featuring blinds for added privacy and a large bean bag chair- the space is perfect for reading, yoga (mats provided), meditation or relaxing.
The sparkling pool is the centrepoint for your summer memories with your loved ones. The pool area is fully fenced and private, and lined with sun loungers for dreamy afternoons. Warm up your evenings by the firepit (BYO wood), enjoying time with family and friends with your favourite drink in hand.
The front gate opens for a quick path to the beach, right across the road! The outdoor shower includes cold and warm water, ideal for rinsing off after a dip.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
All bedrooms are located downstairs.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is located at the front of the home and opens onto a covered deck with an outdoor daybed, offering a quiet spot to take in the surrounding natural sounds. The bedroom features a King bed, walk-in-robe, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, and ensuite with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan and Air-conditioning.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, ceiling fan and Air-conditioning, overlooking the pool.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, desk and ceiling fan. This spacious room overlooks the pool and does not have air-conditioning.
The main bathroom downstairs features a large shower with rain shower and handheld head, plus bath tub and separate toilet.
PARKING & LAUNDRY
2 car spaces are available under the carport behind the electric gate. There is also plenty of street parking available close by, for any additional vehicles. A large laundry has been included for your convenience. The facilities include washing machine, dryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
