An additional beverage fridge is located in the garage for your convenience.

2 LIVING SPACES
The downstairs main living room features a raked ceiling and special windows that offer a clear view of the pool, letting in natural light and creating a seamless connection to the outdoor space. Relax in front of the smart TV on the comfortable couch, fitted with 2 inbuilt electric recliners. Keep cool in the summer under the ducted AC and ceiling fan.
The elegant wood fireplace adds both warmth and sophistication to the living and dining areas. Its sleek design is as practical as it is stylish, providing cosy comfort on cooler evenings while serving as a striking focal point.
The upstairs living space greets you at the top of the stairs. This space features a stylish leather lounge, 2 leather recliner chairs and a smart TV. Budding musicians can enjoy playing the electric keyboard too! Baby gates are supplied for top and bottom of the stairs to protect your little ones.
For your convenience, a simple study is available adjacent to the kitchen, providing a dedicated space to focus, work, or handle business tasks efficiently. WiFi included.

The upstairs master bedroom is spacious and designed for comfort. This luxurious retreat features a king bed and a walk-in wardrobe offering abundant storage. The grand ensuite is complete with his-and-hers sinks, toilet, shower, and a jumbo bathtub- ideal for a romantic soak for two.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) features a Queen bed, ducted AC, ceiling fan and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs) features 2 single beds, ducted AC, ceiling fan and wardrobe. These beds can be converted to a king size upon request, but guests must contact Coastline Holiday Group agent directly by phone within 1 business day of booking to make the request. Requests made after this timeframe may not guarantee the option or could be subject to additional charges.
The upstairs bathroom services Bedrooms 2 & 3 and features a shower and sink with separate toilet.
Bedroom 4 (downstairs) features a King bed, ducted AC, ceiling fan and wardrobe. The location is perfect for grandparents, being on the ground level.
Bedroom 5 (downstairs) is extra large and features a King bed, sofa bed, ducted AC and ceiling fan. This room is great to accommodate extra guests.
The downstairs bathroom features a toilet, sink and large shower with rain shower head.
PARKING & LAUNDRY
