BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Bedroom 1 features a King bed, Walk-in-robe, ceiling fan, AC and ensuite with large shower, toilet and his-and-hers sinks. This main bathroom is spacious and features a large walk in shower, large freestanding bathtub, plus toilet and sink.
Bedroom 2 is located at the other end of the apartment and feature King bed, ceiling fan, AC, built-in robes and access to the rear courtyard.
Bedroom 3 is located at the back of the apartment along side bedroom 2 featuring 2 bunk beds, note this room is only suitable for children and no adults allowed on the bunks and no ceiling fan in this room.
LAUNDRY & PARKING
For your convenience, a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is available in the included laundry. Parking for 1 car is available in the secure underground parking. Additional parking is available in nearby public carparks.

ABOUT KINGSCLIFF
Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Fingal Headland is also nearby and features beautiful river views, bush walks, lighthouse and views out to Cook Island; a perfect vantage point to watch dolphins and humpback whales.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
