The swimming pool is incased by a beautiful row of palms, providing privacy for your family. Watch the children swim from either the large downstairs patio, complete with bar stools, egg chair and outdoor lounge setting, the downstairs living room, the downstairs Master bedroom or the large BBQ deck upstairs! A beach cart has been provided for your convenience.
The deck off the upstairs dining has room for the whole family, and an 8-seater dining setting for alfresco dining. A Brown & Zeigler (Ziggy) BBQ has been provided for preparation of delicious holiday meals. Enjoy privacy among the idyllic leafy setting of the deck, enshrouded by mature palm trees. A front balcony is also available for enjoying ocean breezes.
A spacious, grassy backyard offers a safe space for kids and pets to run and play, perfect for backyard cricket, ball games, and outdoor fun.

The downstairs living area has a Smart TV with Chromecast, pull out double leather sofa/bed and beanbags for your comfort. A kids area under the stairs has been curated for their enjoyment, including a small table and 2 stools, kid's books and games, and pool toys. Further books, games and DVD/CD player have been provided for your entertainment on rainy days.

The upstairs kitchen features a fridge, oven, stove, pantry, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, slow cooker, sandwich toaster, blender, electric frypan, coffee pod machine (Nespresso- BYO pods) and milk frother. The upstairs dining setting seats 8 guests, perfect for family meals. Extra guests can use the breakfast bar bench or additional seating available on the deck. A highchair has been provided for your convenience.
The downstairs kitchenette includes an airfryer, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine (Nespresso- BYO pods) and milk frother and fridge. Dine downstairs at the 4 seater indoor setting.

ABOUT KINGSCLIFF
Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
