The freshwater ioniser swimming pool is a standout feature, and is ideal for sensitive skin and young children thanks to its chlorine-free system. Enjoy relaxing by the pool on the poolside bean bag chairs. Rinsing off after a day at the beach, creek, or pool couldn’t be easier with the adjacent outdoor shower.
DELUXE MASTER SUITE
The deluxe master suite has it all- third floor privacy with expansive views looking over the ocean and hinterland, a spacious retreat complete with King Bed and large his-and-hers walk-in-closets. The master ensuite is the ultimate luxury, boasting a beautiful freestanding tub in the middle of the bathroom, a favourite for relaxing and washing away the day. The his-and-hers sinks and spacious double-head shower are both beautifully designed, perfect for couples or anyone who appreciates a little extra luxury. To top it off, the ensuite also features a small private balcony, if you desire a quiet pause outside. One of the two included workspaces is available nearby the entrance to the master suite, ideal for peace and quiet while working away from home.
KITCHEN & LIVING
The spacious, light-filled kitchen with butler’s pantry is an entertainer’s paradise! Whip up a storm with the twin ovens (standard and steamer ovens) and ample kitchenware supplied. The butler’s pantry provides additional space and storage for all your cooking needs.
The kitchen tap features both chilled and sparkling water in the inbuilt water tap, plus the bar fridge provides additional storage for your favourite beverages. A coffee pod machine has also been supplied for your enjoyment. The 10 seater dining table with bench seat makes accommodating everyone effortless, for any special occasion or meal.
The living room features a stylish corner sofa and a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the region. Your furry friends can stay close by and feel secure, with the inbuilt pet crate unit. The modern suspended fireplace brings warmth to the living room while adding a sense of understated grandeur to the home.
Enjoy the beautiful weather on the covered balcony deck, connected to the home through the glass sliders and a charming servery window, complete with 6 bar stools. The balcony features a gorgeous hanging swing-style seat, gas heater, rattan 2 seater high bar setting and gas BBQ, great for creating and enjoying easy holiday meals.
Working away from home is a breeze with 2 separate workspaces and Wi-Fi, great for keeping in touch with the office while soaking up the coastal town.
GROUND LEVEL (SELF-CONTAINED)
The home’s design includes a self-contained ground level that feels distinctly set apart, offering a comfortable retreat for grandparents, teenagers or other couples travelling with you. The living space features a comfortable leather couch with twin smart TVs, ideal for gamers. The fun doesn’t stop there though- the table tennis table and pool table will invite friendly competition and hours of entertainment for all ages! The kitchenette is great for self-sufficiency while staying in the downstairs space, featuring a bar fridge, sink, and microwave. The bedroom features a Queen bed and ceiling fan. Conveniently, the attached ensuite features a shower and toilet.
The deck off the self-contained ground level is great for relaxing and watching the kids or fur babies run and play in the fully fenced yard. The 2x hanging chairs or the 6-seater outdoor setting are wonderful for enjoying your morning coffee and listening to the birds. An outdoor weights gym is provided for your convenience to maintain your fitness routine on holidays.
BEDROOMS 2-4
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are located at the front of the house on the mid-level and are serviced by the main bathroom. The beautifully renovated bathroom features another freestanding bath, plus shower and separate toilet. Comfort is a priority at The Palms Retreat, as all bedrooms are air conditioned and with ceiling fans. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and connects to Bedroom 3 via the 2nd study/workspace area. Bedroom 3 features a tri bunk with Queen base, great for accommodating kids or extra family members. Bedroom 4 has a Queen murphy-style bed.
PARKING & ENTERTAINMENT
The garage has space for 1 and features an Tesla electric car wall charger for your convenience. Extend the fun out of the house down at the creek, beach or local paths with the stand-up paddleboards, surfboards and bikes available for guest use (use at your own risk). The home also includes a basketball hoop on the driveway for easy afternoons with the kids.
The laundry includes a washing machine and dryer for convenience in your home away from home.

ABOUT KINGSCLIFF
Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
