The spacious, open-plan layout of the apartment is designed to let the outdoors in. It features a 4-seater dining table, Smart TV, comfortable lounge suite and sliding doors that flow onto the covered outdoor area. On rainy days enjoy the supplied puzzles, games or deck of cards. The master bedroom features a Queen bed, wall-mounted TV, walk-in robe and ensuite with shower and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 Single beds and access to the small private patio adjoining the master bedroom. The main bathroom also has a shower and toilet.
Throughout the apartment, ceiling fans circulate the perfect creek breeze, keeping the space cool and comfortable, no matter the season. For your convenience, the unit includes washing machine, plus iron and ironing board. With an elevated position, come great views and two flights of stairs(Located on 1st floor). Please consider physical needs before booking, there is no lift. Stairs are also required to access the pool and boardwalk from the unit. There is a small single lock up garage available for compact car parking, plus open car parking in visitors (1).

Faulks Park (just 300m away!) has a lovely children’s playground that is popular with local families. There is also open space here to play frisbee or kick a ball. Close by is the other end of the adjoining boardwalk, and an easy, sloped and sandy entrance to Cudgen creek, great for little ones.

With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
